Jamie has been in the hospitality industry for twenty seven years. She married Brent in 1996 who was also in the hospitality field and most importantly understands the demanding business she is in. She went on to work in management with various hotels, country clubs and restaurants in MN, NY and FL. After being transferred to Columbus, Ohio she worked at The River Club where she planned hundreds of weddings over a five year period. She felt the natural ability to work with brides and love it! The desire to plan her client's special day eventually led to the opening of her business in 2002. She worked from home while raising her adopted daughter Jolie born 2001 and adopted son Jude born 2008. In 2011 she decided it was time to move the business out of her home to a professional office space where she partners with Freezeframe/Bloombeads. Jamie now owns four wedding related businesses and produces the annual Wedding Experience. She believes the key to success is to keep up with the current trends by constantly educating herself and to listening to her client’s needs and wants and making their dreams and her dreams come true!Jamie is a member of the Association of Bridal Consultants (ABC), Wedding Professionals of Columbus (WPC), Columbus Bridal Consultants (CBC), The Dublin Chamber of Commerce and The Columbus Young Professionals Club (CYPC).

Amrta started with Devoted to Details in January of 2009. She has coordinated and planned many weddings over the years but realized her talent grew towards the event design and décor aspects of the job. She enjoys creating inspiration boards for clients, putting together color palates, and creating the overall look for the ceremony and reception. Amrta is Hindu and has been involved in many Hindu weddings with Devoted to Details; she loves the colors and flare that these weddings display. She also speaks fluent Spanish which she learned while living in Puerto Rico. She is grateful for her cultural background as it has helped her imagine and create inspirational designs.Amrta is a member of the Wedding Professionals of Columbus (WPC), The Dublin Chamber of Commerce and The Columbus Young Professionals Club (CYPC). Her schooling is in hospitality management with a emphasis in fashion design. Her colorful style is reflected in her creative designs and inspirations. She also worked for Bella Couture Designs for a year learning the floral aspects of the business and is now assisting Devoted to Details clients in their floral and decor work. From helping pick out dresses, designing a couples dream wedding, and adding personal touches, she can help your inspirations to come to life and make your wedding and event special and unique.

Born and raised in Ohio, Lauren is a true Buckeye at heart and brings her passion for event planning in Columbus to a new level. For the past decade Lauren has been involved in the coordination of many events for family and friends. Her enthusiasm grew stronger and she knew this was more than just a hobby and she began her career. She married in 2010 thanks to EHarmony and together they have an adorable little Yorkipoo, Camden! Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are of the utmost importance to her when planning any event! Her ability to bring each couple’s unique story to their event has won the affection of numerous brides and grooms. Lauren takes great pride in pleasing her clients and her willingness to go above and beyond makes her a favorite among local clients.Lauren started with Devoted to Details in February of 2011 and continues to educate herself within the industry and through on-the-job training with Devoted to Details as well as pursuing a certification in Wedding Planning. She believes that through continued education she will be more beneficial to her clients in presenting them with the latest trends and fresh ideas! Lauren is a member of the Association of Bridal Consultants (ABC), Wedding Professionals of Columbus (WPC), Columbus Bridal Consultants (CBC), The Dublin Chamber of Commerce and The Columbus Young Professionals Club (CYPC). Most recently Lauren became the lead planner with Devoted to Details’ sister company “Above and Beyond Weddings” specializing in day of coordination. She has also become ordained in the State of Ohio and is able to perform marriage ceremonies.

Incredible Wedding Planner/Coordinator posted 11/3/2011Jamie Rapavy, is simply amazing! We hired Jamie and her staff to help us plan our daughter's September 10th wedding for two primary reasons. First, weddings have gotten to be such "Big Business" with so many vendors and venues that we truly felt overwhelmed and in need of some professional advice and guidance in the process. Secondly, on the wedding day, we all just wanted to truly enjoy the day and not worry literally about all the "details". Jamie, not only addressed these concerns but gave us so much more!! Jamie was always available to us and provided an enormous amount of information and support. She never made us feel rushed during any of our appointments and instead made us feel like we were the only wedding she was managing. She provided assistance with the major things like selection of vendors to the smallest items like floor charts. She brought in other experts at appropriate times and was so good natured about everything we through in her path. For example, she even ran rehearsal when we learned the clergy would not be present. I can't imagine going through this process without Jamie. Our daughter and her new husband made it a very heartfelt, touching and memorable moment because of their love for one another but the event itself was more beautiful, romantic and enchanting than we could have imagined because of Jamie's assistance. We give Jamie and Devoted to Details our highest praise and without a single reservation recommend them to you for your wedding or any other event.
